OUR APPROACH

Assist the task. Keep people in control.

Useful AI begins with a defined job: what information is available, what output is needed and who will use it. BitLeaf’s direction is to explore assistance inside real workflows, rather than present AI as a substitute for understanding the work.

The design questions include where a person reviews an output, when a system should stop and what happens when information is incomplete. These questions guide what to prototype, what to measure and which parts of a workflow should remain under human control.

CURRENT EXPLORATION

AI-assisted SEO, in development.

BitLeaf is building an experimental platform for AI-assisted SEO investigation and improvement workflows. It is currently In development.

The platform is part of Labs, where early ideas can be explored through prototypes and tests before their scope is expanded. More detail will be shared as the work develops.

EVALUATION & LIMITS

An output is not the same as an outcome.

Evaluation needs to distinguish a plausible response from a useful one. Questions worth checking include whether the output is supported by its inputs, whether it remains consistent across cases and how it handles missing or conflicting information.

A workflow also needs boundaries around data and actions. Human review, appropriate permissions and a clear way to stop or recover are design priorities. The goal is to understand where AI assistance is useful and where a simpler software approach is more appropriate.
